Maintel do so much more than resell other companies’ software and hardware. Our powerful Platforms allow us to combine those third-party elements, with our own Software and DevOps automation and deploy and manage them in a way that is swift, repeatable, scalable, highly resilient and most importantly secure.

What is a Platform to Maintel? To us, a platform is a combination of an organisation’s own intellectual property with third party infrastructure and software technology, governance and processes, upon which other applications, processes or technologies are developed and deployed.

So what Platforms do Maintel have?

The Maintel Infrastructure Platform: A highly resilient, highly secure and carrier grade core network, multi-cloud compute and SIP Trunking platform.

The Maintel Orchestration Platform: A suite of automation, monitoring and management systems, presented to our customers though our unique Maintel Portal.

The Maintel Application Platform: An industry leading application and middleware platform, anchored within the AWS public cloud, that enables Maintel to deliver our own apps and middleware “as a service”.

The Platforms each provide a myriad of capabilities that, when combined, enable us to deliver a unique suite of Managed Service products, which take away the headache of designing, deploying and managing vital digital communication solutions from our customers, freeing them up to focus on their own business innovations that will in turn make them stand out from the crown in their own industries.

Visibility and Analytics

We provide our customers and our internal teams with the digital tools they need to keep them in the driving seat.

Our unique Maintel Portal was developed from the ground up by our amazing R&D team and continues to go from strength to strength. More than just a “support portal”, the Maintel Portal also expands to cover our customers’ entire Maintel world. From visibility of quotation and project progress, through detailed visibility of service status and any issues currently in play, visibility of upcoming planned maintenance activities and rich analytics around service usage. Oh, and it also lets you manage and analyse your support tickets of course!

Our operational teams aren’t left out either. Our Context Portal, also developed from the ground up by our intrepid R&D innovators, provides a one-stop shop to manage our customer inventories, drive our deployment and management automation stack and our access our automated project tracking application.

Automation, Integration and Apps

Delivered from the Maintel Application Platform, controlled by the Maintel Orchestration Platform and brought to life by our innovative in-house R&D and Professional Services teams, our suite of automation capabilities, deep application integration middleware and innovative apps compliment & augment our core suite of Managed Service products.

Maintel have a rich development capability, which has specialised in the augmentation of communication solutions for over 20 years. This skill resides in both in our core R&D team, for fully productised applications, and in our Professional Services “Customer Experience” practice, where bespoke or customised integrations and applications are frequently developed for our Managed Service customers. Maintel’s development and quality assurance teams are well versed in both traditional, microservice and serverless architectures and can deliver these from our own multi-cloud Maintel Infrastructure Platform, which combines our own private cloud infrastructure with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
